Same2U Child Safety Standards Policy

Same2U is committed to maintaining a safe platform for all users. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any behavior that sexually exploits, endangers, or abuses minors.

Same2U is a social connection app that allows users to create profiles, communicate, and share content. Because user interaction features can carry safety risks, Same2U strictly prohibits any content or conduct involving child sexual abuse or exploitation.

1. Prohibited Content and Behavior

• Create, upload, store, share, request, or distribute CSAM.
• Engage in grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or sexual exploitation of minors.
• Sexualize minors in profiles, messages, images, videos, audio, usernames, or any content.
• Threaten, coerce, blackmail, or exploit any child.
• Use Same2U to facilitate illegal or abusive contact involving minors.

Any account, content, or activity found to violate these standards may be removed immediately and may be reported to the relevant authorities where required by law.

2. Reporting and In-App Feedback

Same2U provides in-app mechanisms for users to report abusive profiles, inappropriate messages, exploitative content, suspected CSAE/CSAM, harassment, impersonation, or other safety concerns.

Users can submit reports directly inside the app through Report, Block, or Contact Support features.

3. Enforcement and Response

When we receive a report or otherwise become aware of content or behavior that may involve CSAE or CSAM, we may review the reported account, content, and related activity, remove violating material, suspend or permanently terminate accounts, preserve relevant information as required by law, and report illegal material or conduct to the appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.

4. Legal Compliance

Same2U complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations and does not allow its services to be used in ways that exploit, endanger, or abuse children.

5. Age-Related Safety

Same2U is intended only for users who meet the minimum age required under our Terms and applicable law. We may remove accounts that violate age requirements or engage in prohibited contact involving minors.
